This rare replica keychain (made by me!) is inspired by the doll arm w/ the multicolored nails left for Dexter by the ice truck killer/brian moser as a clue to his identity in Season 1. Keychain features a plastic/rubber doll arm & the nails have been painted in the same colors as the prop in the show, w/ a red string tied around it in a bow.
