There are buttons on the inside, so you can adjust it in two stages as shown in image 4.
I am 158cm tall and it is ankle length when fastened at the longest setting.

No lining.
There are two outer pockets on the front.
It's a dark color so it's not see-through.

Purchased a few years ago and used a few times.

I basically wear and store my clothes with care, but there may be hanger marks etc.
