This is a PARKER fountain pen.MADE IN FRANCE.I bought it because I admired foreigners who write smoothly with fountain pens. However, I stopped using it when the ink ran out! It has been sleeping in a drawer ever since. I found it while organizing the drawer! I'm putting it up for sale, hoping someone will continue to use it.There is no ink, so I don't know if it works.
