These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a binding contract between you and SPPIXEL LIMITED (“Neko Ninja Inspector,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Neko Ninja Inspector browser extension, website located at nekoninja.io, and all other SPPIXEL LIMITED-branded websites (each, a “Website”), along with other software applications and online services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using any portion of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. The Service is accessible via our browser extension, website, and other software applications. Not all features may be available across all access methods or in all jurisdictions.

2. Account Creation and Maintenance

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the last three (3) months of Service.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
